I (temporarily) closed the "HOME" doors March 15th, 2020...two months ago, wow! So much has changed. Since then, I've been teaching from my very first studio, Yoga on the Porch (in my home) "with" so many more new friends! For all of you who show up each and every day, I'm so grateful! Your presence and our willingness to show up together made all the difference!
Even though I'm alone on the porch, I do feel our connectedness and love - I hope you are feeling that too! When it's right and the studio opens, know that I will continue to film live classes - so all of you who live far away...we can still meet on the mat or on the chair!!
