Incorporating exercises from Pilates, Ballet and Yoga combined with props such as light weights, resistance bands and small overballs the class will provide a fun and full body workout anyone can do. No experience and no dance background required.

The class will be just under an hour and will include:
5-10 min Warm-Up
10 min Upper Body using light weights/bands
20 min of Barre exercises (mostly lower body focus) 10 min of floor work that including abdominals and lower body
5 min cool down includes stretching and relaxation
Drink plenty of water before, during and after class
During the class we will work within the Pilates principles as they can be applied to any movement/activity and after doing enough you will find yourself subconsciously using them to find your alignment throughout your day.
